Blueberry Banana Smoothie with Oats, Almond Butter, Cinnamon, and Honey

This is one of my favorite breakfast recipes. It’s easy to make, tastes great, and is much healthier than any boxed breakfast. I didn’t come up with this recipe, I got it from an app called Mealime, but I changed it a bit. To make it, you will need:

  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup plain oats
  • 1 tbsp almond butter
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp honey

Peel and cut the banana into chunks. Add all ingredients to your blender and blend until smooth. Enjoy!
